Casper Douma is a wildlife photographer, filmmaker, and Arctic guide driven by a deep connection to nature. From the turquoise waters of Bonaire to the raw, untamed landscapes of the North, his work is all about capturing and experiencing the wild in its purest form.
With years of experience guiding people in nature — both above and below the surface — Casper & Cora created Nordic Wilderness Retreat as a place where others can feel that same connection. A place to slow down, breathe, and experience the power of the natural world.
Meet Cora
Guide. Connector. Storyteller. Diver.
She is an Arctic guide with a background in diving, in leading expeditions for whale research. She also has a background in communication and a strong instinct for bringing people together. She moves effortlessly between guiding, connecting, and capturing moments on film.
Driven by a deep love for animals and the natural world, she helps guests experience nature in a more personal and meaningful way — not just observing, but truly feeling it.
At Nordic Wilderness Retreat, Cora wants to shape the atmosphere: warm, open, and grounded. A place where people connect — with nature, and with each other.
