Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Prices may change, but never after your booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival or activity start time
Within 7 days: no refund
No-shows are non-refundable
If we cancel due to weather or safety, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule
Accommodation (Pods)
Check-in and check-out times will be shared after booking
Guests are responsible for keeping the pod in good condition
Any damage caused during the stay may be charged
Sauna & Nordic Ritual
Use of sauna, cold plunge, and facilities is at your own risk
Always follow safety instructions
Alcohol use is discouraged for safety reasons
Experiences & Activities
All activities depend on weather and conditions
We may adjust or cancel experiences for safety reasons
Small group experiences to ensure quality and safety
Health & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own physical condition and must inform us of any relevant health issues before participation.
